You can use Alvita Saline in nasal hygiene and washing of wounds. Nasal hygiene: tilt your head back and gently introduce it into the tip of your nostril. Replicate in the other nostril. Keep your head tilted to drain mucus. Blow off the surplus. Wound cleaning: apply to the wound, taking care to prevent contact with it. Clean the surplus only on healthy skin.
