Take 2 Ecophane Fortifying Tablets for Hair and Nails, 1 time a day, with a good glass of water. For best results, keep the treatment for a minimum of 3 months. Apply Ecophane shampoo to wet hair, with a gentle wash. Leave on for a few minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
