Brush your teeth with Elgydium Whitening Medium for 2 or 3 minutes, three times a day, after meals. Recommendations for correct oral hygiene: Begin by brushing the outside of the teeth, in rotating movements with the brush slightly tilted. Then, with the brush in the same position, brush the inside parts of the teeth. The chewing teeth faces should be brushed backwards. On the inside, the incisors, both top and bottom, should be brushed with the brush vertically. The molars should be brushed back and forth. A good brushing should take 2 to 3 minutes. For total oral hygiene you must combine it with the tongue scraper, mouthwash and dental floss.
