It can be used as a single food source until 6 months of age. After 6 months, it should be part of the baby’s diet as a complement, under medical advice.

First boil the water and let it cool down to about 40°C. Then fill the bottle with the required amount of water and add the indicated dose of powdered milk, using the measuring spoon. Then shake the bottle vigorously and vertically for about 10 seconds until the powder is completely dissolved. Check the temperature, it should be at maximum 37°C and then you can offer the milk to your baby.
