To create a personalized synergy: Put a small amount of Pranarom Aromaself Aloe Vera Gel in the palm of your hand and add 4 drops of essential oils. Mix for a few seconds and then you should apply to the body and face, with a gentle massage. It can be applied alone.
For children from 3 years old: Apply the gel 1 time a day.
For children 12 years and older: Apply the gel a maximum of 3 times a day.
