Use daily, three times a day, to brush your teeth after each meal. It is advisable to use a soft toothbrush. Recommendations for correct oral hygiene: Begin by brushing the outside of the teeth, in rotating movements with the brush slightly tilted. Then, with the brush in the same position, brush the inside parts of the teeth. The chewing teeth faces should be brushed backwards. On the inside, the incisors, both top and bottom, should be brushed with the brush vertically. The molars should be brushed back and forth. Don’t forget to brush your tongue. Rinse with water. Finally, use dental floss. A good brushing should take 2 to 3 minutes.
