SkinCeuticals Serum 10 Dual Antioxidant Treatment is a serum of treatment and prevention of wrinkles and dull complexion. Made with topical vitamin C (10% L-ascorbic acid) for its photoprotective power, it acts at the level of neutralization of free radicals, one of the main causes of photo aging. Vitamin C guarantees protection independent of the wavelength (UVA/UVB rays) and also stimulates the production of collagen (essential to the health of the skin). Collagen production decreases with age and photoaging accelerates this process. Vitamin C also has anti-inflammatory properties so it supports the reduction of redness and irritation, which are characteristic of solar erythema.
