If necessary, Dr Scholl Insoles Lumbar cut to adapt to the shape of the foot. Simply cut along the contour that matches the foot number or use the sole of the shoe as a guide. Remove the insole from the shoe and use only the insole with the gel side facing down. It is recommended to replace the insoles every six months. To clean, simply wipe with a cloth moistened with hot, soapy water.
