First boil the water and let it cool down to about 40ºC. Then fill the bottle with the required amount of water and add the indicated dose of powdered milk, using the measuring spoon. Then shake the bottle vigorously and vertically for about 10 seconds until the powder is completely dissolved. Check the temperature, it should be at maximum 37°C and then you can offer the milk to your baby.
