Pranarom Inhalation Stick is a stick with a cotton stick for using essential oils through the respiratory route.

Remove the cotton stick from the Pranarom Stick Inhaler and impregnate with 10 drops, per day. Use 3 to 6 times, as needed.

Hint: in case of anosmia, we suggest the following combinations:

1. Citrus (lemon or sweet orange or tangerine)
2. Floral (geranium or lavender or ylang-ylang)
3. Floral Woody/Floral (eucalyptus radiata or atlas cedar or frankincense)
4. Spicy (clove or cinnamon or black pepper)

Use in the order indicated, one after the other, until you inhale all four. Do 2 deep inhalations in each nostril, 2 times a day until 6pm so as not to affect sleep.
