Mix 1:1 ratio the Redken Blonde Idol Base Breaker Cool with 10 vol. or 20vol. Pro-oxide Cream Developer. Process at room temperature until desired lightness is achieved for up to a maximum of 10 minutes. Do not use heat and do not cover the hair.
