SkinCeuticals AOX + Eye Gel is a serum of treatment and prevention of wrinkles, puffiness and dark circles. Prepared with topical vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid at 5%) by its photoprotective power, it acts at the level of neutralization of free radicals, one of the main causes of photo aging. Vitamin C ensures independent wavelength protection (UVA/UVB rays) and also stimulates collagen production (essential to skin health). Collagen production decreases with age and photo aging accelerates this process. Vitamin C also has anti-inflammatory properties so it supports in reducing redness and irritation, characteristic of solar erythema. It has ferulic acid (0.5%), antioxidant of plant origin, which supports the neutralising of free radicals, absorbs UV rays (photoprotective effect), has anti-inflammatory properties and acts in synergy with other oxidants present in the formulation (vitamin C). It has Phloretin, a powerful antioxidant that improves the absirtion of other antioxidants present in the formulation. Phloretin still has anti-inflammatory properties, accelerates cell renewal and acts as a pigmentation regulator. It also has ruscus aculeatus and caffeine for an anti-papos action.
Apply SkinCeuticals AOX + Eye Gel every day in the morning, after cleaning/removing make-up of the eye contour. Apply 1 drop (equivalent to 1 pressure) to the eye contour.
